Queue and Submit Immediately

When a claim is queued for submission, it is scheduled to go to the clearinghouse via the nightly batch submission (7:30 and 10:30 PM Monday - Saturday). If you need to submit the claim to the clearinghouse before the scheduled time, click Submit now on the Claim page.

Note: The system process will not batch facility claims with a status of "Queue for submission - Facility invoice."

Queue for submission

During claim creation, the "Complete the claim" button displays on the Charges tab (the last page). When this button is pressed, the claim will go out in the system's nightly submission.

Click 'Queue for submission' to queue the claim for the nightly submission.

Claim page

On the Claim page, the "Queue for submission" button displays on the right of the claim header.

Submit immediately to the clearinghouse

The "Submit to clearinghouse" button displays on the Claim page. If you click this button, the system will send the claim to the clearinghouse immediately instead of waiting for one of the nightly submissions.

  • The button displays only after you queued the claim for submission
  • The status/status reason changes to "Queued for submission - Clearinghouse."
